i'm the one who wrote about the windows xp and redhat problem here and i tried to do all the things you guys said, and put in the win xp cd and it ran thru the repair and when it had to restart, it hit me with the "to boot from cd press any key" or the grub thing again...not sure what i should do now

Me: "Um, it's not broken"
Customer: "Yes, it is! I can't work!!"
Me: "Yes, you can, see?" *shows how she can still work*
Customer: "No! I can't!! I have to go home now since I can't work!!"
Me: "Wait, yes you can still work" *shows a million ways they can work*
Customer: *hangs up*

Excuses to go home early. Too bad I document the crap out of my tickets eh? Jerks.
