Lotus Notes Help

Anyone has a lotus notes book they want to give me? Or tell me a good name of a book so I can learn about it?

We are running Lotus 4.2 hoping to upgrade to 5 soon. I have never used this email client before and am looking for the nitty gritty info. ie: sig file scripts and other deeper stuff. I found a "quick reference lotus notes for dummies" book and that just wasn't what I was needing.

MS Exchange

I'm being laid off on 12/31 so I'm in job hunting mode full force. I had a recruiter call me and she told a company that I knew Exchange and I don't. They don't want an expert in Exchange, just basic knowledge but no place I've ever worked has used it.

Can anyone point me in the direction of a good online source for learning the basics about it?
