It's Going To Be A Long Day.....

So I just get to work and my first call is a woman who can't connect. No big deal, happens all the time. I ask her what the error is and she says "I don't know, that's what I'm calling you for." I think 'Great' So we go along and the call is taking forever. She turns out to be one of those people who literally think I can see her computer while we're on the call. "That's right ma'am, I do tech support for Earthlink, but we're also part of a larger organization called Big Brother and we have cameras and streaming video in everyone's house" Give me a Break!
