It's Tuesday. I've taken three (3) calls so far this week where users have managed to rotate their displays. Not their monitors, as most of them are on laptops. The actual picture is turned sideways or upside down. One users's excuse was 'I was in the Processes tab in the Task Manger and I just cilcked something randomly because my IE was frozen and now my screen is wierd!'. Hand to God.
I just- I don't know. What do you say to that? Unfortunately, slamming the phone against the desk until they hang up is not the correct response.
Yet.

And they had to wait 48 hours for a second line tech to call them, remote in and rotate the screen and change the display settings back to normal.
