Mar. 30th, 2004 01:58 pmoh how I hate this.... return a call to a customer and hear "I'm sorry, he's in a meeting right now", Ok, just tell them xyz support returned his call "oh! hold on they've been waiting for you!"
Next thing you know your on speaker phone being grilled by a roomful of people.
Of course I'm pretty good at faking a bad speaker phone connection...
