Okay, in fairness I know that you're not psychic, and it's very early on Sunday so *MAYBE* I might not know.

Thing is $BOSS is actually technical, so he can be helpful - but if it is a one person job and I'm the one doing it, anyone would get in the way.
That said, when we are doing migrations and stuff, we plan out who is going to do what and $BOSS is in on the plan.
