Why on earth can't people realize that we can't flip a switch and make things work. I am in a different state entirely. I cannot touch your phone line. I answer the phone, fix the ID=10T issues, and send the actual network problems off to the locals. I have no control over what order they fix them in. It is a queue. First come, first served. No more, no less. The fact that you're running a business on your residential line matters not one bit to me or them. ARRGH.
