A supervisor opens a service ticket for one of her subordinates because he is not in the service database. No biggie there.
Ticket states that a certain entry has a Customs duty mismatch. OK. Checked the file...ain't a damn thing wrong with it. Hmm...maybe the supervisor mistyped the file number?
The actual user calls me back and I verify that I am looking at the correct file. So I ask him to please explain what sort of problem he is having with the file. He gets dead silent for over a minute (I'd swear it was close to two full minutes) as he looks at the file again. Then he says, "Uhhhhhh, um can I call you back?"

I am praying the man accidentally reported the wrong file to his supervisor.

It would have made things a HELL of a lot easier on us, because we have to schedule a meeting with the person who's getting set up, due to the nature of the app in question.
