The only things I can gather from this rambling email is that she doesn't like PC World and that she must have just bought a thesaurus.
Well.....you make an ingenuous journey and you never know what you will learn....the issue is learning.

Nowa that all the data are in.....I  have no intention of requesting a refund for SpyPry; I am deeply impressed by the confirmation of my original take....that you guys are Real Deal........and I see clearly, that the unfortunate incident.....that PC WORLD WAS SLOPPY AND CAVALIER IN NOT MENTIONING THAT THEIR ACCOLADES IN THEIR  August issue OWED TO TESTING A BETA version OF YOUR SOFTWARE.

TERRIBLE, GIVEN IT YIELDED AN undeserved  BACKLASH.

YOU....IN YOUR RESPONSE TO MY NEEDING DETAILS....WERE ALL ANYONE CAN ASK OF ANYONE: FORTHRIGHT AND HONEST.

PC world.....SIMPLY TRYING TO COVER THEIR LEGAL BUTT, IT APPEARS....in their March, 06 issue.....was craven and ignoble, OBFUSCATED their mistake while butt-covering, did not apologize clearly.... and manifested their true identity by sending me a standard, meaningless reponse to my HAVING MAILED THEM....AND MADE IT CLEAR THAT NO OTHER RESPONSE WOULD BE FORTHCOMING....employing some shoddy excuse.

Interesting what fosters trust in American commerce these days---short of the obscene monoply of a MS, I mean--and everyone I know is about to learn that their trust in PC WORLD SHOULD BE REVISITED!!!!!!

I will wait for the new engine......perhaps it will come within a Corvette?  Hey, it never hurts to dream and postulate, right?

THANKS, guys......it's not where you go, it's how you TRAVEL WHAT YOU BRING.....and where you're coming from.....LONGTERM.

Think of it this way, at least she isn't asking you the proper application of the caps lock key ;)

I like how she uses "obfuscated" and "butt-covering" in the same sentence.

Okay - I've "read" it twice.

Is she mad about software?

I can't tell if there's a problem, let alone what it is!

I can't tell if she's trying to make a political statement or utilize everything from her word-of-the-day calendar she's neglected for three weeks.

Has anyone been able to decipher this..thing...?

I THINK it roughly translates to:

I bought this software because PC World recommended it, but PC World sucks, since their recommendation was based on a beta version. The non-beta version was not what I needed.

Now that I have my data back after PC World's mistake, I realise that the problems are not your fault, but rather the fault of PC World, which covers its butt with a thesaurus.

You guys are great, and I bear you no ill will; in fact, I am not even asking for a refund. I hope that instead, you will give me a Corvette.

Sincerely,
Crazy Lady

P.S.: DON'T TRUST PCWORLD!!!!11!!

Dude, you should work for the government encrypting CIA codes if you were able to make sense of that literary disaster up there!
