problem seening projector from window  clare

the overhead projector user is not able to ee

user is in the xxxxx training room

ext  xxxx

user somethong on the window and they are unable to see from the projector

Nobody anywhere near this ticket is named "clare"

crap crap crap... on top of this I have two weeks of tickets to clear up in 3  2 days so I can take some vacation time.

(now LJ's 'pretty' editor wants to leave open Strike tags... Grrr)

Given the number of typos, it could be "glare" and not "clare". It makes more sense that way :)

Yeah, but that would make sense. :)

I've seen a number of tickets here that I'll look at, sigh, can call the offending party up and tell them "Hi, this is jecook from IT - You opened a ticket with us?" and make then sit on the phone with me whilst I re-write their damn ticket to be what they actually are trying to do.

There was a time, working for a government helpdesk, where my response would have been to forward the email to the user's manager, saying "We are unable to determine the nature of the request. Please check with your minion and let us know what they're trying to say."
