Hell Desk Monkey (HDM): never sees the light of day. Has been to no other building on large corporate campus (10,000+ users)
(L)User (L)
L: I need to have a computer set up.
HDM: What is the property number of the computer?
L: I don't know.
HDM: Where is it being installed?
L: I don't know. I think it's down the hall a few doors.
At this point, I thought about asking her what it looked like but then realized I'd get a reply like the guy from Airplane: "It's square and black and has buttons and things on it."

Pinging x.y.z.1
