May. 14th, 2001 08:07 pmDon't you love it when the customer calls up and describes his problem in depth. He sounds like he actually read the error and was prepared to call you.... AND then when you say, "Go here." He says, "Oh, I'm not in front of the computer."
"Well, can you get in front of the computer, sir?"
"My computer is across the street."
