I just had a client call and blast me for having to wait....17 WHOLE MINTUES in the phone queue yesterday. OH MY GOD! How will she ever find time to persue her dreams while waiting 17 whole minutes for customer service?
I was so tempted to tell her to try a big telco and see what a wait really looks like.

Ugh...try having a lawyer tell you that not only did ne fix it himself during the 5 minutes of holding but waited another 10 minutes to gripe at you for wasting his $1,000 per hour billing time!

its weird you know...where i work, if someone is on hold for 2 minutes its unusual...we get in a fair bit of trouble for it actually...and considering i work for the AP branch of one of the largest hardware vendors in the world, i think thats pretty good :)

meh...lusers dont know how good theyve got it really...
