Why the hell can't they hand out cases of these to anyone who uses a computer in a corporate setting, or home users buying a new machine? It'd be a godsend.

shit dude, I'd just say, put a capsule or 7 in each consumer grade electronic product. The instructions on the bottle should say, "Take 1-3 of these pills at least 1 hour before calling tech support."

I really hope they figure out how to aerosolize this. That way you could just spray obnoxious customers in the face! It'd be like those people who keep water spritzers on hand to train cats.
