New user goes into the W2K Server. That in itself isn't the headache, the headache is that I accidentally entered the password given to me wrong since I read a letter wrong in what she gave me. So I just reset the password to temp and make it so that she's forced to change the password over to what she wants on first login. The controller then asks me if it's taken care of and this was the conversation that ensued.

Me: I reset the password
Him: What do you mean?
Me: I mistyped the password and reset it on the server.
Him: Which means.
Me: It means that I right clicked on her name and left clicked reset password.
Him: So that means?
Me: It means that I had to reset her password...

at this point I gave up and told him and stormed off telling him that it works now and don't worry about it
