How fricking HARD can this be?

Before a long weekend, write down your password/s.
Put them in your purse, your wallet - your car - wherever.

THEN DONT CALL ME.

Sheesh.

Sorry I usually don't get angry but Im trying to do something important and keep getting more pw phone calls.

Sometimes it just irritates me.

I need to know more pw then they do......

BLAH.

1st rule of password security.

Never, ever, EVER write down passwords.

That's a training issue that should be brought up with management.

Still an absolute no-no to write them down.

I like pw calls, actually. Short, good for the stats, and near 100% success rate.

Heh, sounds like a cusotmer I had earlier today..

me (after resetting cust's password): okay, now, it's highly suggested you write this down somewhere-

customer: Oh, I don't have to do that.. if I need it again I can just call you and have it reset again..
