Before a long weekend, write down your password/s.
Put them in your purse, your wallet - your car - wherever.

THEN DONT CALL ME.

Sheesh.

Sorry I usually don't get angry but Im trying to do something important and keep getting more pw phone calls.

Sometimes it just irritates me.

I need to know more pw then they do......

BLAH.

1st rule of password security.

Never, ever, EVER write down passwords.

If they don't they won't remember them and then, I would get paid to unlock users ALL DAY LONG.

That's a training issue that should be brought up with management.

Still an absolute no-no to write them down.

If I could I would suggest a program that would reassign them their own password.

However, training issue or not today I've had at least 12 calls regarding passwords.
