This is a week old, but still...
I had a user call me last Saturday (I'm not working this Saturday! Hooray! --I don't work Saturdays, usually, but I was covering for an absent co-worker last weekend) because he couldn't connect to our VPN. He was ON VACATION. WTF? I guarantee you that when I'm on vacation, I could give two shits about what's going on at work.
I resolved his issue, but seriously, WHY? It was the only call I had last Saturday.
Furthermore, the dude has a blackberry, so it's not like he wasn't getting email...
Chill out dude, work will still be there when you get back.

Last week was full of weird calls. I'm not in a call center environment, but it sure felt like it at times. At least next week is my week to work tickets instead of manning the phones (yay)!
