Dear Luser,

I really don't care how the porn got on your PC.  I was just giving you a friendly reminder that disreputable web sites will attempt to infect your system with worms, that some sites are not work appropriate, and that I can tell where you've been on the Internet and what you've been looking at.  I really don't want to hear your flimsy excuses which I don't believe anyway since this is not the first time a worm has tried to infect your PC.  And remember, the next time I come across these types of file I am obligated to follow the appropriate channels as outlined in the e-mail you got from Corporate Communications just last Friday.

ha ha ha ha I love how lusers are always blaming someone else when they call in about removing "certain" spyware on their systems... "oh, my nephew was on my computer and visited some inapproprate sites" - oh even more amazingly - "I don't know how it got on my computer!" uh-huh. whatever, sir.

I got the, I didn't do it from someone. As I went through the list of inappropriate software and photos on his computer, I stopped at Sexy Poker for his palm pilot and said...now that didn't get downloaded by a Trojan.
