So if you read the last post I had on here and now find it missing.....it's because I thought it sucked so I decided to put something different up.

My last call is a woman who is having some sort of problem when she tries to connect. She clicks on Internet Explorer to connect. Here are my notes about the call:

- when opening up her browser something is happening
- asked what was happening
- she doesn't remember, but she is going to walk through what she does to tell me
- it's working fine now though
- she is going to try it again to make it do the thing it was doing
- it's working just fine now
- she just won't let me go because she wants me to see what "it" is
- it's not doing anything wrong
- grrrrrr
- she keeps asking me why it wasn't working before
(well, lady.....I don't know because I wasn't there and it's working fine now)
- I told her I would have to know what sort of errors and problems she was having
- she doesn't know
- she rebooted and wants to try it again
- fine, told her if it works just fine, then I will have to let her go because there is nothing I can do for a computer that is working
- tried to connect
- everything is STILL working fine
- she hung up

Don't you *love* those customers... I get some of them sometimes that are so damn vague, and no amount of questioning will get any more detailed information out of them... I usually just fob them off with an equally vague answer *grin*...

I love the customers that think I have some sort of amazing control over their PC, that I (well, Microsoft) caused the problem that they're ringing about (?!), and that just cos I'm Microsoft somehow from here I can magically get into their computer and fix everything.. Hehehe...
