In an effort to continuously measure and improve the services we provide to our Clients, we are announcing a new practice.
In the past, lack of capability to document Rep callback activities (e.g. reminding the Rep to return defective equipment) has hampered our ability to demonstrate value and excellent performance on certain services provided to the Client.
Fortunately, we have recently acquired technology that enables us to record outbound calls to Reps. Utilization of this technology will be critical in measuring even more of the services that we provide for our Clients.
Effective June 1st, 2006, we will begin to use this technology.
Oh, sure. You're recording our outbound calls... for our protection. To help us out in the level 1 trenches. I believe this with every fiber of my being.

Date: 2006-05-23 05:14 pm (UTC)I miss having a cube. They moved the desktop and helpdesk from cubes to an open area for the help desk and cramped, shared offices for the desktop consultants. I miss having walls. And now their moving us again :-(
