techrecoveryI can't stand it when a luser sends an email to the help desk and ends it with something like "HELP!!!" or "Please help me!!!!" Any email with such an ending gets aged for 24 hours. Excessive punctuation, pleading or capitalization will bump that up to 36 hours.
