One of our security staff, caught with pornographic images on her PC, successfully argued that because she's in them they count as personal snapshots rather than objectionable material. There's no rule against storing your art projects on a work computer, after all.

She's six foot two and the photos showed her naked and holding a whip. I think half the managers reviewing her case didn't want to argue with her, and the the other half didn't want her to leave.
