For the record, we are located in Phoenix, AZ and do not outsource. I think the ticket pretty much sheeks for itself.

Spanish (the Mexican dialect primarily, but we get the more formal as well)
Japanese
Chinese (Various flavors)
Bosnian
French
And a variety of other countries as well.
You'll need to explain what your definition of "accent" is, I'm afraid.
My definition is the one found in any standard Merriam Webster dictionary.
