The statement giving my highly qualified tech AND her customer so much trouble:
"Are you a:
[ ] New DSL customer?
[ ] Existing DSL customer?
or
[ ] Dialup customer and want to keep your existing email and password?"

My perfect response:

"Yes. They didn't train you on that because they assumed you had intelligence and cognitive abilities greater than that of a retarded rhesus monkey."

Alas. I still like my job.

No wonder, she's supporting our AOL portal.
