just received from helpdesk (& tweaked to protect MY paycheck)

Color scheme for MS office needs to be changed.
I was going to walk user through process, but he had limited options & not enough time to do this himself.
User would like someone to come out & work on this for him.

Reminds me of a very recent time when mobile phones were being cut back. Shortly after collecting a ton of phones from disgruntled employees, I had a couple of scavengers looking for "newer" and better phones than what they currently had.

The most important feature they were looking for? "Can this phone play games?"

Hmmm, I'll be sure to report that to your supervisor.

Just leave the user a set of colored markers and have him change the colors himself.
In addition you can tell the user that the markers prperly installed will make the black and white laser printer a color one...
