It shouldn't take 15 minutes to reset a stupid password

It shouldn't take someone to hold your hand when the stupid software walks you thru the setup with an audio track that's actually correct!

It shouldn't be that hard to understand that when the webpage says it's for a company of the same name but out of New England that you do not go to that company in New England and that your statement states your at the company of the same name but from Alabama....

And lastly, if you installed something that is ment to protect your computer from things other than web browsing, and a different program that requires access, it shouldn't take an hour to get you to turn off that program. Even if you don't know what a firewall is and yet your running and looking at the box for McAfree Firewall.
