I swear... These are the days that I really don't like doing tech support.
I had a really nice man on the phone, but I couldn't help wanting to tear his throat out after nearly 2 hours on the phone trying to get his Outlook 2000 working.
*sigh*
Phone support is so stupid sometimes. When the person doesn't know what they're doing/looking at, and you can't see what they're trying to explain to you it can get *really* hard to fix something.
Ug.
And we're getting totally slammed with calls, all the while I'm expected to finish off some Office XP training material for everyone which I'm supposed to present on Thursday in between (?!?!) calls.
ARGH.
