Drunk customers are the worst.

If one guy called that was a complete alcohalic, everyone was told to just tell him we were having problems and try back in a couple hours.

A new guy once try trouble shooting his computer for over an hour, before he found out that the computer wasn't even on.

I once went through the notes for a client's account; there were four logs in the space of an hour that started with 'client is still drunk . . .'. All from the same agent too. Poor guy.

That's almost as good as "I put the thing in the thing and now the thing doesn't work" (I still to this day have no idea what the professor was talking about)
