Works fine except cx is a bitch.

I almost just did this in an account. If you're going to call me and sigh like the weight of the world is on your shoulders when I ask you to open a program on your computer, please don't bother. Also, please don't bother me if a) you're 100% convinced you know more then I do and/or b) you have no intention of listening to me whatsoever and just like the sound of your own voice.

Well, you know, EUs are all computer and engineering experts (with Masters degrees!) and yet they like to call Tech Support just to push 'those idiot help desk people' around.

Don't you love calls like that? them - "I'm good with computers and have a Computer Engineering degree and I'm A+ certified, so I'm not an idiot, thanks." me - "When you were getting this modem error, did you have the modem hooked up to the phone line?" them - "What? Of course! But I'll check just to satisfy YOU, Miss Know-it-All-Who-I-Really-Think-is-the-Secretary." a few seconds later - "How did it get unplugged?"
