Don't you love it when people call you about a problem with something other than a computer, because they think if it has electricity, its an IT problem?
Voicemail: Richard, this is. Our copy machine is broken. Usually we call the Xerox technician but give me a call and let me know what to do.
My response: Hey. I don't support copiers. If you usually call a technician, that's fine with me. If you want to set it on fire, that's fine too.

I work for MCI Canada, we do Internet, Hosting, VPNs, and some dial stuff(VoIP). No Sewing Machines.
The US phone/cell customers are bad enough (At least they have the right corp, wrong country though).
