isnt it a great day ? beside the bad start (previous post) i only have skilled admins and easy-going problems. Harddrive failed here, Tapedrive failed there. All informations í need are available imediately. Swap HD, Replace tapedrive, exchange the Rack-Monitor

The few things the customers have to check, they do check without talking back while i lean back into my chair and drink some roibush-vanilla tea.

Yeah, I enjoy my job when I'm dealing with knowledgeable admins and network gods, because part of the fun is diagnosing and solving genuine issues.

...UNFORTUNATELY, 40% of my workload is troubleshooting consumer dial-up, webhosting and e-mail issues. 38% of those are incorrect passwords, 1% of those are hardware issues and the other 1% are people e-mailing us with no alternative contact info saying "HAY GUYS I CANT GET MY EMAIL WTF LOL!!!!!11".

ya know... the sad part is, We all could still read/understand what you just wrote. Can you imagine SpellCheck on that?? I bet some h@XX0r out there has a L337-speak font for Word, just to shut it up.
