Here's a fun gem from friday.

Me: you know that fax machine can only hold about ten pages, right? So you should send that huge fax in chunks?

Luser: umm. . . no, I'm too stupid. I've only been working here for ten years. Give me a break.

Me: ok.

(ten minutes later)

Luser: the fax won't send

Me: could that be because you loaded more than twenty pages in and caused a memory overload?

luser: but it kept taking them!

here's a tip: if you expect sympathy later don't blow off the IT guy now.

I find it interesting that people seem to feel the racial slur is a more valid meaning than the plural of "a narrow opening"...
