first time caller, long time lurker...

an engineer called into our service center. he's complaining about synchronization pop-ups to a network in which he's no longer connected to. at the end of the ticket, the call taker added another sentence: "When you go to assist this user could you please carry him or advise him on where to get keyboard cleaner. Thanks!"

i called this user an offered him a *new* keyboard. he declined a new keyboard b/c: "i'm a developer and require an ergonomic keyboard." i advised user to use warm soapy water to carefully clean his keyboard."
