My notes from a case earlier, bearing in mind I work at a networking company:


PROBLEM: Cu says installing DSL while using our router broke her printer
ACTIONS TAKEN:
- Refer to Canon Tech Support: (800) 652-2666
- Cu insists that Canon won't help her, because "it's a program issue"
- Cu has not yet called Canon
- Says her whole computer is "acting funny" - getting program errors in the Canon program
- Still insists that it's our problem because it worked before she installed DSL
- Explained that if the program is giving her errors, it is something that Canon should be called for, not us
- Cu very unhappy, but will call Canon.


/sigh I wish we didn't have to keep our notes so kosher.

- SHOUT AT CS that he should F*** OFF and shut up her stupid mouth. if you dont have a clue, keep your trap shut! so HANG up and do your F***ing JOB and call that ?="§=$!" CANON HOTLINE you stupid *****"§=)$(/"§$ and just to let you know you ")=§$(/"§$= i dont want to hear your ")=§($"§ whiney-voice any more and if you'll ever call our ")§($/!"°!"`Hotline again, i'll get throught this "§?$?!="§ telephone and .......
