techrecoveryThe other night I had a guy call in telling me his internet wasn't working. He was slurring his speech quite badly, and really hard to understand. I asked him if he'd rung AOL (I work for Hell), and he told me they'd told him to ring us and say it was a "PEBCAK" problem.
