Hello......this is my virgin post. I do installations support so I'm pretty much a glorified DSL secretary at the moment......but I wanted to get my 3 cents in.

But for the meanwhile.....9 out of 10 things liquidmercurial notes about working where we work....will respind in a nod for me.

well - considering how prone to misery dsl installs can be, and how $$#$&ing hard it can be to get someone on the phone, people on the other end are a Good Thing. *note, on the occassions that i've had to call my isp, it has at times taken 2 hours to get a live person. generally, when my sdsl goes out, i don't call, since it's back before i get through*

i can only imagine how often their support folks get reamed by irrate customers. (side note: i think they are right to be irrate, just not at the support people. at the people who don't have enough support for their customer base)
