One time I set a password to the caller's last name and he asked me how to spell it.
Also, one time I gave a URL to a guy on the phone and it had the word "external" in it. I didn't spell it out. This was a mistake, because the guy goes, "How do you spell 'external?' I know it is either X-T-E-R-N-A-L or E-X-S-T-E-R-N-A-L."
