Dear Customer,
File compression is not a new technology. Learn how to zip a file! It's really not that freakin' difficult.

The best way to Zip is to use Zippo.

This reminds me of the best question I've been asked for a long time "so how do I play zip files?"

(I don't technically do tech support, just answer stupid questions from stupid people (which seems to be what a lot of it is about anyway ;) ))
