There was an ad here in aus, for The Yellow Pages, business phone directory. A worker forgets to put the company's ad in to be published. The boss realises and yells "NOT HAPPY JAN".

It has become a national slogan, to add to the end of rants, or to the end of emails in capitals. "My email isn't working and its costing me money and its all your fault NOT HAPPY JAN"

I think it's the most childish thing you could possibly say. "I've forgotten how to verbalise my thoughts so I'm just going to quote a piece of advertising which will stand in its stead"

It got a little boost because of the Prime Minister's name being John, so any rant about the current administration's politics could be summed up with "NOT HAPPY JOHN!"
