techrecoveryhi, tech support rep from not too sunny SoCal CA. Have been in the game now barely two years, and I don't know what possessed me to do this type of work.
At present, I'm working for a major wi-fi appliance company as their level 1.5 (lol...kinda a level two, but with poor attendance habits) and we encounter some...doozies.
I will share more later, but hey, tis my day off and I don't want to think too much on knowing I'll be back there tomorrow.
