techrecoveryOffice User 1 calls up saying that Office User 2 (absent) had mentioned that some other users (unspecified, but also absent) had been experiencing some kind of problems (unspecified) logging in to certain PCs (unspecified) at certain times (unspecified).
Is anyone in the office having any kind of a problem RIGHT NOW?

What is it with staff calling me to report that, effectively, no-one is having any problems? Too much free time on their hands?
