Why does someone call the service desk, get told we will call them right back, and then allow us to get voice mail on *both* phone #'s they leave us when we call them back?

Mine is a callback-only queue. I'd say roughly 30% of our customers are not available when we call them back, even within 10 minutes.

Yep. that happens all the time.

I make it a point to schedule my site visits, and even then they've been known to take off if I'm running 5 to 10 minutes late due to traffic or soemthing...
