K, I know this isn't a place for asking for help but I just took the computer into the store, so maybe if you all come across this problem I can tell y'all how to fix it. But thank you so much to all those people who tried to help me with it.

That's not what this community is here for.

There is, as you have been told already, another community for people to get tech help. We're not here to solve your problems--we sure as hell aren't here to do it for free.

I'm going to let you in on a little secret, kiddo. Most of us do this for a living, and get paid for it. And I, personally, don't feel like doing it for free on my own time. I play tech support for my parents and stepparents on my own time, and then only if they agree to feed me in exchange. That's it. Everyone else gets a business card and gets told to bring their computer into the shop.

And, although this may be inaccurate because I do not have your computer here in front of me to run tests on, I can tell you what your problem probably is: PEBCAK.

If you don't know what that is, you are definitely in the wrong community.
