Customer: *interrupts* Hello ? am i in the TECH-Hotline ?
Me: Yes, youre in the technical suppor...
Customer: *interrupts* what was your name again ? can you spell that please ?
Me: *spells the name*
Customer: ah. thank you. my customer number is xyz12345. Please send an tech that fixes my computer! thanks!
*hangs up*
Me: hello ?? aeh.... oooookay ? *headdesk*

2 days later, i already forgot that call:
Co-Worker: Hey, theres one of your customers. didnt have an serial-number, but your name. wants to talk to you.
me: ok. transfer. thanks
Customer: Hello, Mr 'myname' is that you ?
me: yes, its me. how can i help you ?
Customer: i told you two days ago that i need an tech! Where is he ?
Me: Oh, yes i remember. well, you hung up so quickly that i could check your details. first, i cant check the customer number. i need the serial number of the server. 2nd i need to check the adress and the name to make sure you....
Customer: *interrupts* ok. serial Nr is 'sn-#' and my adress is 'adress' i expect the tech to be onsite tomorrow!
*hangs up again*
me: *FREAKOUT!* GRRRRRRR!!!! (sn-# was wrong btw)

No phone number, no name. but already the customer number and checked this one with those who CAN access those number. checked phone-numbers for that company and got the person after about 10 minutes of getting transfered.

Customer: yes ? any further informations you need ?
me: alright. if you hang up now again, i wont call you back and you wont get an tech! we have to check what the problem is and a few other things before i can send anyone.
Customer: Oh. so youre NOT sending an tech ?
Me: not until i know whats the problem
Customer: the computer isnt working! but if you refuse to send me an tech, i'll contact your management. bye
*hangs up again*
Me: *claws@desk*

2 hours later, management phoned me and had to laugh about that story. management called customer back and found out they dont even have an SERVER. its an problem with an system that is an completely different department.

SOME PEOPLE ARE JUST STILL ALIFE BECAUSE ITS ILLEGAL TO SHOOT THEM!
