You made a mistake coming on the phone like you did.

1. You started yelling. Big mistake.

2. You blamed us 100% for a router problem that Netgear would not help you out with even though it's clearly that. Our modem is online...you can see it too but you won't tell me about the lights. Bigger Mistake.

3.You insult me and my intelligence. I could run so many circles around your ass, and you still wouldn't understand it. Your lucky I can't pop you one because I would punch you right in the mouth. I warned you, yet you still persisted. You don't want to troubleshoot with me, and want a supervisor? Fine, go for it buddy. Your lucky I didn't hit the release button. Then what would you do? Scream and whine like the little bitch you are?

You can scream all you want, but your not winning any points with me. Mess with the bull and you'll get the horns.

Fuck you dude, I'm out for today. Thank god I get a day off. I hope you eat some rat poison and die. Have a nice day. :)

Would be lovely if management everywhere had actual spines. Sadly, there are plenty of managers who couldn't stand up to jelly.

CS: i want an tech who repairs my server! manager: ok. whats the problem ? CS: the tech will see when he comes here manager: thats not possible, iam sorry. CS: so what should i do then to get a tech ? manager: start the troubleshoot with our 1st Line agents CS: i wont do any troubleshoot! its your server, make it run again! manager: read the EULA. you accepted to make troubleshoot CS: oh.. did i ? aeh... ok. what do i have to do ? manageR: talk to the techs *transfer* me: so. how can i help you now ?
