I work for an ISP. A BIG isp (guess which)

Their ISP was running slow.. so I'm going through troubleshooting, and I get to the part I was making sure their system requirements matched the necessary ones for the software version they had installed. Hard drive 4 gigs free. 128 megs of ram, pII 400 processor, finally I get to the video, and they're only running 12 color 640x480! It turned out their brother messed up the computer. Poor customer!
