Tech-Support: ?????? *Confused* "move the mouse-cursor over the Link and press on the left mouse button"
Customer: "Mouse Cursor ? where can i get that ?"
Tech-Support: "it should be on your Desktop. how do you start other programs on your computer like word or how you press on the 'start' button ?"
Customer: "AH! you mean on the computer ?"
Tech-Support: "aeh... yes ? what do you mean ?"
Customer: "Well, i have printed the email out and iam holding it in my hands now"
Tech-Support: ".........." *mute* "AAAAARRRRRRRRRGGLLL!!!!!!!" *freakout*

Both of the postings are actual customers, claim beeing the 'SYSTEM-ADMINISTRATORS'
Thats why i went into SERVER Support, so that i DONT have to deal with noobs. *sighs*

he then came and put the printout into my intray and asked me to reassemble it into the document that he was expecting.
and he'd deleted the email after he printed it.
