What is it with these people today? Our call back queue is not as bad as it once was (30 minutes, as opposed to 5+ hours these past 4 weeks). For two calls, they didn't have the information we needed, and for the other six, I had to leave voice mail.

Sheesh!

I share that pain.

I'm the dispatcher. I get the tickets, call the user & schedule a tech to go.

I currently have about 1/6th of the queue under my name because I can't reach the user.

grrrrrrr.

I feel your pain.

For almost four week,s I had four or five work orders that I called, left messages, called, left messages, etc on, and no one ever got back to me.

Then, like a sudden case of explosive diarrhea, they all scheduled for me to go out within a week.

Pretty soon I'll be , uh, clogged up again...
