Why call if you don't want to talk to us?
Sep. 19th, 2005 11:10 amWhat is it with these people today? Our call back queue is not as bad as it once was (30 minutes, as opposed to 5+ hours these past 4 weeks). For two calls, they didn't have the information we needed, and for the other six, I had to leave voice mail.
