So I call this house up today to find out why their modem won't synch. Get a kid about 11 years old on the phone. We decide that yes it would be a good idea that the modem is actually plugged into the phone. Congrats the 11 year old kid can figure things out that his parents can't. Asked the kid to try connecting and he apologized saying he wasn't allowed to use his sisters computer.. *sigh* Smartest kid in the house and he's not even aloud on the PC.
